CINAHL
- Available via WebSPIRS, CINAHL, the Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature, covers
nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy and over a dozen other allied health disciplines. The CINAHL database also includes pertinent articles from the biomedical, education, behavioral science, management,
alternative medicine, and popular literature. CINAHL
provides the best coverage of the Occupational Therapy journal
literature.

MEDLINE
- Available via WebSPIRS, Medline is the largest biomedical database
in the world, growing at an average rate of over 1,000 records per
day. It provides extensive coverage of clinical medicine and medical
research. In addition it provides good coverage of many allied
health fields and related disciplines. Medline is an excellent
source for literature on diseases and therapies.

- The Cochrane Library
- The Cochrane Library consists of three databases: 1) the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (full text), 2) the Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness (abstracts only), 3)
the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register (citations only). The
systematic reviews are the most important database in the library. The reviews are highly structured and systematic, with evidence included or excluded on the basis of explicit quality criteria, to
minimize bias.

PsycINFO
- Available via EBSCOHost, PsycINFO covers the field of psychology and the psychological aspects of related disciplines, such as medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, education, pharmacology, physiology, linguistics, anthropology, business, and law. Journal
coverage includes international material selected from more than 1,500 periodicals written in over 35 languages.
Over 60,000 references are added annually. PsycINFO is produced and copyrighted by the American Psychological
Association.

present, as well as various technical and government reports.
